When you sign up for the free list or purchase the Full Navigator, we collect:

• Name and email address — to deliver the product and communicate with you.
• Region preference — to understand what markets interest you.
• CV / Resume (optional) — only if you choose to upload it, so we can reach out if we spot a relevant match.
• IP address — for fraud prevention and basic analytics.

How we use it

• Deliver the product you requested (free list or full navigator).
• Send transactional emails related to your purchase.
• If you uploaded your CV: reach out if a relevant opportunity comes up. We will never share your CV with third parties without your explicit consent.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
• We do not send marketing emails beyond product delivery unless you opt in.
• We do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel).

Payment processing

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy / Razorpay). We do not store credit card numbers, bank details, or UPI information on our servers. Please refer to the payment provider's privacy policy for their data handling practices.

Data storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. Uploaded CVs are stored in a restricted directory accessible only to the site operator. We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• Request a copy of your data.
• Request deletion of your data (including uploaded CV).
• Unsubscribe from any communications.
